Refund policy
We take immense pride in the quality of our photography and wall art, and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, if possible. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Self-Serve Returns
The easiest way to start a return is to use our Self-Serve Returns. After logging into your account, you can submit a return request straight from your account without having to contact us. After reviewing your request, we'll email you to inform you whether your request was approved or denied. If your request is approved, the email will contain shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
Alternative Return Requests
Alternatively, you can contact us at store@adventurepangea.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Wall Art Return and Refund Policy
Because we do not commit to the production supplies and cost until we receive your order, the sale is final once your order is placed. In the event you need to return a piece of wall art, we will refund your money minus a 40% restocking fee. Your refund will be issued as soon as we receive the returned wall art.
Additionally, if you damage your wall art at any time and require a replacement, you will only be charged the wholesale (production) cost, not the full marked-up price. Email a photo of the damaged print to us and a description of what happened, and we'll send you a replacement right away.
Physical Product (Non-Wall Art) Refund Policy
You may return products that are not wall art for a full refund in accordance with our return policies above.
Digital Product Refund Policy
Sales of all digital products purchased through our store are final. Digital products are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
